CHARGE: Lewd and lascivious molestation on a victim younger than 12
CRIME LOCATION: Super Target, 2415 Tarpon Bay Blvd., North Naples
SUMMARY: Dragovich is charged with molesting a child inside the store on July 31.
Arrest reports say the child was in the toy section one aisle over from her mother around 2:30 p.m. when Dragovich put his hand under her dress and touched her buttocks over her bathing suit. The man did not say anything to her.
The girl immediately told her mother what happened and the Sheriff’s Office was called.
Dragovich matched the description of the suspect the girl gave deputies, including a facial composite. Store surveillance video shows Dragovich was inside the store, including in the toy section, around the time the girl reported she was molested.
Deputies made contact with Dragovich, who deputies say is a registered sex offender in Collier County, at his home Tuesday and arrested him.
