Carrel is charged with lewd and lascivious molestation.
Deputies say someone who knows Carrel recognized him after seeing the composite on television Friday afternoon and called Crime Stoppers.

Deputies are investigating a report of a child who says she was molested by a man on a bicycle near Golden Gate Middle School on Thursday.
The girl told deputies she was walking along 48th Terrace Southwest outside the school around 8 a.m. when a man on a bike rode past her and squeezed her buttocks. The man said something to her in English that she could not make out. He then rode away.
Investigators say the man is described as white, around 20 years old with collar-length dirty blond hair and a goatee. He was wearing a green T-shirt and baggy blue jean shorts. He was riding a mountain bike, possibly blue.
Deputies have released a composite sketch of the suspect.
