13th Arrest Made In Fraud Investigation

UPDATE: Thirteen of the 14 people connected to this investigation have now been arrested.

Claudia M. Sanchez, 31,3525 Winifred Row Lane, Golden Gate, turned herself in on Friday afternoon.
