More than 100 kindergarten students from Highlands Elementary School visited the Collier County Sheriff's Office substation in Immokalee on Nov. 17.
McGruff the Crime Dog joined the students on their field trip to talk about what to do if approached by a stranger and bicycle safety. The students also got an up-close look at the patrol cars, all-terrain vehicles and bikes the deputies use to patrol the Immokalee community.
