The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has notified the Collier County Sheriff’s Office that registered sexual predator Daniel L. Morgan was recently released from prison and currently resides at 11265 Tamiami Trail E. Unit #38 in East Naples.
Morgan is designated as a sexual predator pursuant to Section FSS 775.21. His qualifying offense is sexual battery, F.S. 775.21.
Positive identification cannot be established unless a fingerprint comparison is made.
