Collier County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Nicole Minick was recently designated a Certified Accreditation Professional.
The certification was presented Sept. 25 in Sarasota.
The Florida Police Accreditation Coalition Inc. (FLA-PAC) Certified Accreditation Professional designation focuses on personal proficiency in criminal justice.
This is a singular achievement and difficult to achieve. In becoming certified Sgt. Minick has demonstrated advanced knowledge and expertise in every area of accreditation, and has successfully guided CCSO through the accreditation process.
Becoming certified in this field requires hard work and extraordinary effort. Sgt. Minick completed a grueling process which examined every aspect of her experience, knowledge, and commitment to accreditation.
Sgt. Minick is part of an elite group of professionals in Florida. Currently there are only 21 Certified Accreditation Professionals in Florida.
