The Collier County Sheriff’s Office has partnered with Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens to display a vivid and colorful photographic exhibit of some of the wildlife that calls Naples home.
CCSO will host a public reception for the 12th installment of the Community Gallery, an arts exhibit housed within the Sheriff’s Office, on Friday, March 7, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The gallery is located at the administrative offices on the second floor of CCSO headquarters, 3319 U.S. 41 E., Bldg. J., East Naples.
The “Into The Wild With Naples Zoo” exhibit will feature approximately 21 photographs depicting up-close shots of the conservation’s plants and wildlife as well as visitor interaction with their favorite animals.
Founded in 1919, Naples Zoo has helped define the history of Collier County. Today's Naples Zoo is a nonprofit organization caring for rare species both in and outside the wild through conservation and education programs that benefit both people and wildlife.
“We’re delighted to partner with the CCSO on this exhibition,” said Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens Director of Conservation and Communications Tim Tetzlaff. “Although we’re located in the heart of Naples, the Zoo is actually in the county and served by their deputies.”
The exhibit will be on display to the public through Friday, June 6.
