The Collier
County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man
who detectives want to question in connection with a theft in North Naples.
The victim
left his wallet on the counter inside the McDonald’s restaurant at 5616 Tavilla
Circle, in The Strand Plaza in North Naples around 7:30 a.m. March 4.
Detectives
have released images of the man shown taking the wallet on store surveillance
video in the hope someone recognizes him and contacts the Sheriff’s Office.
According to
detectives, the man picked up the wallet and placed it inside one of his
pockets. The man left the restaurant in a newer model green compact car without
attempting to return the wallet, detectives said.
