The Collier County Sheriff’s Office has been honored as a
2016 Family Friendly Workplace by the Naples Alliance for Children (NAFC).
CCSO has achieved this recognition for the last 18 years for workplace policies and programs that assist employees to take an active part in the raising of their children.
CCSO Human Resources Director Darlyn Estes accepted the
honor at a celebration dinner at Daniel’s Pavilion at Artis-Naples on Monday.
Each year NAFC searches for businesses of all sizes that love families and show it. Businesses that receive this honor have met the NAFC Family Friendly Workplace criteria.
“Naples Alliance for Children is pleased to have the Collier County Sheriff’s Office as a great example of how employers mix traditional and innovative ways to help employees balance the needs of their families with the demands of their jobs,” NAFC said in a statement.
