A man was arrested Thursday on car burglary charges after deputies found him inside the vehicle.Juan Soto, 22, whose full address on Holly Avenue in East Naples was not listed in reports, was charged with burglary of a conveyance. Soto is a documented gang member in Collier County.
Reports say Soto was still in the car when deputies responded to a burglary in progress in the 2600 block of Holly Avenue. He was rifling through the center console pulling out papers.
The car owner, Christina Buck, 20, told deputies that she knew Soto but did not give him permission to enter her vehicle. She said she called CCSO after she saw Soto enter her car and go through her belongings.
She also told deputies that she had left her car door unlocked and that her identification and credit cards were inside.
