Deputies arrested a man early Wednesday after they say he fondled himself in his car outside the bedroom window of a Golden Gate apartment where two teenage girls were sleeping.Sergio Alvarez Ramirez, 27, whose apartment number at 4180 Washington Lane was not listed in reports, Golden Gate, was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior and cocaine possession.

Two 13-year-old girls were sleeping in an apartment at the Heritage Apartments complex on Washington Lane when they were awakened around 1:30 a.m. by a set of lights flashing outside their window.
The girls opened the window and saw a black Chevrolet Trailblazer parked outside the window. The lights on the Trailblazer stopped flashing once the girls were at the window.
Alvarez Ramirez was sitting in the front seat of the Trailblazer naked and fondling himself.
When deputies arrived Alvarez Ramirez was sitting in the Trailblazer not wearing a shirt and his pants were unbuckled.
A search of the Trailblazer by deputies turned up two bags of cocaine.
