Prescription Fraud Arrest

A 25-year-old man was arrested Wednesday after deputies say he used a forged prescription to obtain painkillers.

Noah K. Sexton, 9316 Marino Lane, Apt. 206, East Naples, was charged with obtaining a controlled substance by fraud and attempting to use the identification of another person without consent.
Arrest reports say Sexton passed a forged prescription for 120 Roxicodone pills and used somebody else’s ID at the CVS pharmacy at 5296 U.S. 41 N. in April.

Deputies located Sexton on Wednesday morning and placed him under arrest, reports said.
