Argument In NN Leads To 2 Felony Arrests

A man and a woman were arrested after deputies say they threatened to shoot two people during an argument in North Naples over the weekend.

Deneiro Jaton Brown, 19, 180 Turtle Creek Drive, Apt. 1224, North Naples, was charged with aggravated assault, assault and resisting arrest. Amanda Jean Corry, also 19 and of the same address, was charged with assault and resisting arrest.

Arrest reports say Lindsay Albright, 20, and Louis Nerison, 30, told deputies that they had gotten into a verbal altercation with Brown and Corry in the parking lot outside the Turtle Creek apartment complex, where they all live, early Sunday morning.

Brown yelled, “I got something for you” and pulled out a gun from his waistband, telling Nerison and Albright that he was “going to shoot them in the head and kill them,” according to arrest reports.

Corry was standing behind Brown and yelling, “Shoot them both in the head,’’ reports said.
Brown and Corry went inside their apartment, where they were arrested by deputies.
