Duane Gerald Priest, 30, 106 Bryant St., and Jarred Priest, 33,1410 Marion Lane, both in Immokalee, were each charged with petty theft, a misdemeanor.
Arrest reports say a deputy spotted the brothers running along Marion Lane south of Westclox Street carrying bags of concrete around 6:25 p.m.
Reports said the brothers entered a fenced construction area at The Reserve at Eden Gardens, 1373 Ironwood Lanes and stole five bags of concrete.
