Here is the third tip of our seven-day Back To School Safety Countdown; please discuss this tip with your child:
If you ride your bike to school remember to wear a helmet and obey all traffic safety laws. Lock your bike when you're not riding it.
Look for CCSO banners reminding everyone that school starts Aug. 19. The banners are at the Collier County Government Center, Pelican Marsh Elementary School, Big Cypress Elementary School, Shadowlawn Elementary School, and Corkscrew Elementary School.
Also, CCSO community service deputies' trucks are carrying the countdown message.
