Woman Charged With Selling Drugs To Undercover Deputy

A 26-year-old Golden Gate woman is facing felony charges after deputies say she sold methadone and marijuana to an undercover Collier County sheriff’s investigator, sheriff’s reports said.

Madeleine Anne Siemienska, 1021 23rd St. S.W., was charged with sale of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, sale of a synthetic narcotic and possession of a synthetic narcotic with intent to sell.

Arrest reports say investigators received information in July that Siemienska was selling marijuana and methadone in Collier County.

On Aug. 7, Siemienska sold 7.97 grams, less than an ounce, of methadone pills and 17.53 grams, less than an ounce, of marijuana to an undercover investigator in exchange for $200, reports said.

Deputies located Siemienska on Wednesday and arrested her, reports said.
