A Golden Gate woman was arrested and charged after reports say she withdrew $8,200 from a client’s account in 2008.Phyllis Babb Yung, 61, of 3608 Exuma Way, worked as a caretaker for her client while he recovered from surgery between August and October. Yung used her client’s credit card to make several ATM withdrawals during her employment, investigators say.
Deputies charged Yung with exploitation of the elderly and scheming to defraud.
