Deputies arrested a 19-year-old man Sunday in connection with a robbery in Golden Gate last week.
Jakhari Durden, 5522 26th Place S.W., Unit B, Golden Gate, was charged with robbery with a firearm.
Arrest reports say the two victims flagged down deputies in the area of 50th Terrace Southwest and Coronado Parkway around 4 p.m. on Feb. 5. The victims told deputies that they had just been robbed at gunpoint by a group of men.
The victims told deputies that the robbers kicked them and beat them with fists and brass knuckles, reports said. Both men had bruises and abrasions on their faces, reports said.
Both victims identified Durden as one of the robbers, reports said.
Deputies located Durden during a traffic stop in the 4700 block of Golden Gate Parkway around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday and arrested him, reports said.
