3 Charged Following Narcotics Investigation

Three Naples men are facing drug charges as a result of a joint narcotics investigation between the Collier County Sheriff’s Office and the Naples Police and Fire Department.

The men were arrested when deputies served search warrants on units 7E and 2G in an apartment complex at 1400 5th Ave. N. on Thursday.
Talbot Fuller, 20, 1400 5th Ave. N. Apt. 2G, was charged with three counts of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, three counts of sale of cocaine and, one count of possession of cocaine and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Marchavion Harvey, 18, 1400 5th Ave. N. Apt. 7E, was charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Derek Brice, 20, 1400 5th Ave. N. Apt. 7E, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All three men are documented gang members in Collier County.

Brice and Harvey were located in Apt. 7E, where deputies seized 3 grams of marijuana, 8 grams of crack cocaine, 38 Xanax pills, 2 grams of crack cocaine and a .45 caliber semi-automatic handgun.

Fuller was in Apt. 2G, where deputies seized 12.72 grams of crack cocaine and 5.85 grams of powder cocaine.
