Thank You, CCSO

The CCSO often receives thank-you letters for the hard work and time deputies invest in making our community a safer and more enjoyable place to live. We would like to share this one.

Dear Sheriff Rambosk,

My name is Warrant Officer Mark Taylor and I am the CSM of the New Zealand National Support Element, NZ Army, stationed at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan.

My unit is a small sub unit of a larger NZ element which is a formation of the coalition forces, fighting alongside the US military in this country, under Operation Enduring Freedom.

It was with great surprise and joy that we received your welfare package, containing your most welcome letter in December last year. We were given the package as part of the US distribution of welfare parcels and it was heartening to read the words contained in your letter and to know that our efforts and sacrifices over here are appreciated by all of you back in Collier County.

Rest assured that the letter and the contents of the package were well received by myself and my troops and did much to increase our morale over the Christmas period.

Once again, thank you and god bless,

Mark Taylor
