2 CCSO Drives Help Stock Pantry Shelves

A pair of CCSO food drives recently added an impressive 1,700 pounds of holiday provisions to area pantry shelves.

CCSO members assigned to the Immokalee Substation recently collected food during a drive to benefit the Harry Chapin Food Bank. The Harry Chapin Food Bank provides support to families in need in Collier County and works closely with the Amigos Center in Immokalee.

This drive came on the heels of a similar drive by CCSO’s Corrections staff that benefitted the St. Matthew’s House pantry. CCSO thanks all who contributed! Photos by Cpl. Efrain Hernandez and Sgt. Steve Dodson/CCSO
