Investigators were patrolling the Immokalee Produce Center Tuesday night after receiving complaints that people were jumping the fence after hours and stealing boxes of tomatoes.Around midnight, deputies saw Augustin Lopez Lagunes, 42, of 1303 Orange St., climb over the fence carrying a box of tomatoes valued at $22.
Lagunes was charged with unarmed burglary of a business and petty theft.
