Three boys were arrested and charged after they forced their way into a home and attacked four men Sunday morning, deputies say.Deputies heard yelling coming from a home on the 600 block of Boston Avenue. They saw Melton A. Travis, 15, of 600 Boston Ave. Apt. #5, Antonio Francisco Alverez, 15, of the same address, and Carlos Domingo Paiz, 18, of 601 Delaware Ave. W. Apt. #B13, running from the home.
Pedro Hernandez reported that he and his roommates heard a loud banging on their door around 3 a.m. As Hernandez opened the door, the three forced their way inside and attacked two of the roommates.
All three were charged with burglary with battery.
While investigators were speaking to Alverez at the Immokalee substation, he saw three of the victims and made threats of further violence. He was also charged with intimidating a witness.
