A man was arrested Tuesday and charged in connection with the theft of tires and rims from a vehicle in East Naples last year.Mayobanex Daniel Puesan, 25, 4510 Bontanical Place Circle, Apt. 1, East Naples, was charged with grand theft.
Reports say Dennis Cherie told deputies on Nov. 9, 2007, that the tires and rims had been stolen from his vehicle, which had been parked at 9390 Marino Circle.
The vehicle had been jacked up and was resting on blocks on the left side. The right side of the vehicle was being held up by a jack. An auto jack handle was located about 15 feet from the jack.
Puesan’s fingerprints were found on the jack, reports said.
