A North Naples man was arrested after deputies say he stole televisions and pawned them.
Lawrence Och, 44, of 826 Wiggins Pass Road, is charged with four counts each of grand theft, dealing in stolen property and defrauding a pawnbroker.
Tim Small reported on Dec. 27 that his 4300 Brynwood Drive home had been burglarized. Four television sets and some other items, with a combined value of $2,000, were missing. He provided deputies with serial numbers for the televisions.
Deputies conducted a search of area pawn shops and found receipts indicating that Och had pawned Small’s property. They mailed photographs of the televisions to Small, who lives in Ohio. Small identified them as his.
Deputies arrested Och on Tuesday at the North Naples substation.
