Undercover Drug Buy Leads To Arrest

An Immokalee man was arrested Wednesday after deputies say he sold drugs to an undercover Collier County Sheriff’s Office deputy.

Dwayne Johnson, 30, of 601 Delaware Ave. W. Apt. E15, is charged with one count of selling cocaine and one count of possession of cocaine with intent to sell.

Reports say Johnson sold the deputy 3.8 ounces of cocaine in the parking lot outside his apartment on July 8, 2007. Johnson was arrested at the Collier County Courthouse while there for a court appearance on an unrelated charge.
