Palacios is designated as a sexual predator pursuant to Section FSS 775.21. His qualifying offense is false imprison any other; FS 787.02 (Principal); sexual battery/weapon or force; FS 794.011(3) (Principal) lewd lascivious child under 16; FS 800.04 (Principal).
