A 35-year-old man was arrested on felony charges Wednesday after he sold prescription painkillers to an undercover deputy, sheriff’s reports said.Mark Funk, 3325 Airport-Pulling Road #K8, North Naples, was charged with sale of an opium derivative and possession of an opium derivative with intent to sell.
Arrest reports say Funk sold 10 Oxycodone pills, weighing 1.09 grams, to an undercover investigator with the Collier County sheriff’s vice and narcotics bureau in exchange for $200 at a location in Collier County on March 8.
Funk was located Wednesday at 2310 Airport-Pulling Road and arrested.
