Man Charged With Exposing Self To Student

Deputies arrested a 33-year-old man Wednesday on charges that he exposed himself to a 16-year-old girl as she walked to her school bus stop in Golden Gate.

Heriberto C. Cintron, 919 Eggplant Lane, Immokalee, was charged with indecent exposure in public and lewd and lascivious behavior.

Arrest reports say the teen, who attends Golden Gate High School, told deputies that a man exposed himself in front of her as she walked to her school bus stop Monday morning.

She told deputies the man was sitting on the hood of a small red station wagon and as she got closer to the car he stood up and exposed himself to her, reports said. The man was wearing a gray T-shirt that covered his face.

On Wednesday, around 6:20 a.m., deputies spotted a red station wagon matching the description of the suspect’s car at the intersection of 17th Avenue Southwest and 45th Street Southwest, reports said. The driver, Cintron, also matched the description of the suspect, reports said.

The teen identified Cintron as the man who exposed himself to her, reports said.
